Prof. Ranjith Senaratne has been inducted as the 82nd General President of the SLAAS. Prof Senarathne has been the Chirman of National Science Foundation.
The Sri Lanka Association of the Advancement of Science (SLAAS) is the oldest premier scientific institutions in Sri Lanka. The largest science gathering, SLAAS has played a significant role in the development of science sector of the country and it has a members over 10,000.
