Certified by the Industrial Technology Institute (ITI) of Sri Lanka, Dulmé has earned the Ministry of Health’s approval for its health claims. This ensures that the final product is sugar-free, with the lowest levels of salt (0.01g per 100g) and fat (2.3g per 100g), all while maintaining a high level of nutritional value. The outer packaging, a designer cardboard box, follows the Food (Labeling and Advertising) Regulations 2017 of Sri Lanka.
Dulmé’s innovation was recognized when it was awarded the Silver Award at the 2021 “Sahasak Nimewum” competition, held by the Sri Lanka Inventors’ Commission.
