In addition to international diversity and collaboration, innovations are also being presented by inventors from Malaysia, Iran, Brunei, Armenia, Indonesia, and Kuwait, reflecting Sri Lanka’s emerging status as a hub for global innovation dialogue.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, dignitaries emphasized the urgent national need for innovation-driven economic growth. In an era where countries thrive through knowledge-based economies, Sahasak Nimavum has become a critical platform for driving new value chains and integrating research outputs into the manufacturing and entrepreneurship sectors of the country.
